Murder on the Mind by L.L. Bartlett
Review by Diana Lynn
I found this to be a compelling read. What could have been cliche with a head injury and unexplained issues, turned out not feel as cliched as one might think. The main character, Jeff, is brutally attacked and is cared for by his estranged half brother. While Jeff tries to heal a brotherly relationship, himself, mystery of the house he once lived in and a murder he feels compelled to solve, as a reader I wanted to keep reading to find how things turned out. I liked the characters and the way the story unfolded.
